- The hire period referred to as 'evening', 'night' or 'day' (eg. $90 per day) extends from 12pm on the day of hire to 10 am the following day.
- If a delivery option is not selected the hire system must be picked up from KaraokeNZ after 12 noon and before 5pm on the day of hire, unless otherwise arranged with KaraokeNZ.
- If a pick up option is not selected then the hire system must be dropped off to KaraokeNZ by 10am the day following the day of hire, unless otherwise arranged with KaraokeNZ.
- A deposit of $100 is required to secure a hire booking. The deposit is non refundable however hire dates may be able to be altered for a small additional administration fee.
- Repairs to any damage to the hire system while on hire will be charged to the person who hired the equipment whether the damage was caused by them or not. The hiree will take full responsibility for ensuring the equipment is returned in the same condition it was hired. Any discs hired as part of the system must be returned in working order or else replacement cost will be charged.
- The balance of payment for hire must be made on delivery or pick up of the system unless otherwise arranged.
- Delivery and pick up options and charges extend only to areas within the Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas. If you live outside these areas please contact us to see if we can provide service to you.
