• Items such as music discs may be purchased online. For equipment purchases please phone or email.
• Credit cards are accepted for online purchases.
• All credit card information is collected through a secure server, encrypting details to ensure safe passage from you to us.
• Credit card details are only used once and then deleted from our system to further ensure the safety of your details.
• Goods will be sent on receipt of payment. Please allow 5-8 working days to process your order depending on the method of payment (cheques take longer).
• Please report to us immediately if your goods arrive damaged or are not what you requested.
• We cannot accept returns of goods that have their original packing opened. Any goods returned in original sale condition will occur a 25% restocking fee (ie: you will only be entitled to a 75% refund).
• We reserve the right not to accept returns of product that in our opinion we will not be able to resell quickly at the original purchase price. This will most likely apply to special orders.
